Rebecca’s Foods is a family-owned company. Together the owners represent over 50 years in the food preparation industry and have a long-standing reputation for producing quality products.

Rebecca’s Foods participated in the Western Food and Hospitality Expo in 2005. (This is the largest Food Expo in the United States.) It was attended by more than 25,000 restaurateurs, specialty grocers, hotels, inns etc. We were awarded the Best New Dessert 2005 Award. This is a people’s choice award. As a result, we were invited back for the 2006 convention where we were again awarded the Best Dessert 2006 Award.

Rebecca’s Foods currently manufactures Fancy Scones, Gourmet Cookie, Gourmet entrée dishes and scrumptious Side Dishes. We are famous for our Fancy Scones that are frozen and un-cooked so the consumer can “bake them fresh” at home. The formulation of our products allows the consumer to bake or prepare as needed and most products have a 6 month freezer life.

What is a scone? Scones originated in Scotland and are traditionally cut in a pie wedge and are a small, dry, biscuit-like quick bread, sometimes baked on a griddle. What’s different about a scone from Rebecca’s? Rebecca’s Scones are cut in fancy shapes and are a rich, moist, cake-like pastry. They are made with the finest quality all natural ingredients available. They are formed and frozen so you can “bake them fresh.” Scones are traditionally served with tea. But in the U.S., we like scones with our coffee, tea or as a breakfast bread, dessert or snack.

What is a cookie?
A small, usually flat and crisp cake made from sweetened dough.

What’s different about a cookie from Rebecca’s?
Rebecca’s cookies are soft and cake-like in texture. They are hand scooped and made with fresh, quality, all natural ingredients.

What is Curd?
Fruit curds are traditional English spreads, made with fruit juice, butter, eggs, sugar and flavorings. The result is a rich, smooth, melt-in-the-mouth blend that is prized in the best year-round or holiday gift-giving tradition. Gourmet gift-shops and food stores are catering to epicurean tastes by stocking several flavors of fruit curds including raspberry, lemon, strawberry, lime, key lime and apple cinnamon! Serve on the side, with other favorite breakfast spreads, together with croissants, muffins, scones or waffles.

What is Clotted Cream? Clotted cream is produced commercially in Devon, Cromwell and Somerset England. A thick, rich cream with a scalded or cooked flavor that is made by heating unpasteurized milk until a thick layer of cream is skimmed off. Clotted cream has 55-60% fat content and is so thick it does not need whipping. It is traditionally served with scones and fruit. Cream available in 5.6 oz. or 16 oz. jars.

What is Double Devon Cream?
These thick creams are absolutely delicious, and are best explained as a cross between ice cream and butter. This Double Devon Cream is a little more creamy and less buttery than clotted cream. Some separation of the cream may occur in storage. Just stir well before serving. Cream available in 5.6 oz. or 16 oz. jars.

What is an entrée from Rebecca’s like?  We use quality ingredients and make everything from scratch.  Our entrée dishes are made with love just like you would if you had the time.  For example our Texa-Cali chili is made with ground sirloin and fresh vegetables and include a lot of fiber rich beans (Pinto and Kidney). Our gluten free products are made with the same care and quality.
