Rebecca’s Foods currently manufactures Fancy Scones and Gourmet Cookies. We offer them as baked items, or frozen and uncooked. As a frozen, uncooked item, the consumer can “bake them fresh” at home. The formulation of our scones and cookies allows the consumer to bake as many or as few as needed and they have a 6 month freezer life.
